NFL rookie from Pennsylvania makes good on 12 year promise to sister

When he was 10-years-old, Chase Edmonds, from Harrisburg PA, came up with a plan to help his family out. First, get a football scholarship, then pay off his older sister Morgan’s student loans when he got his NFL contract. And as the 134th pick in the NFL draft, the rookie for the Cardinals got a $452,359 signing bonus, so he’s making good on his plan. (PennLive)

Edmonds is paying off $80,000 in student debt from Morgan’s college and graduate school. She says she’s surprised her student loans were such a priority for her little brother, but it’s what he always wanted to do.
