— Tim McGraw and Faith Hill have been named in a copyright lawsuit regarding the title track from their duets album, The Rest of Our Life. According to The Hollywood Reporter, two Australian songwriters — Sean Carey and Beau Golden — are suing Tim and Faith, along with the song’s co-writers and their respective publishing companies, claiming that “The Rest of Our Life” is “blatant copying” of their 2014 song, “When I Found You.” The lawsuit, which was filed in a New York federal court, seeks at least $5 million in actual damages, plus profits, a running royalty and attorney’s fees.

McGraw and Hill were named in the lawsuit because they’re the artists who performed the song, which was written by Ed Sheeran, Amy Wadge, Johnny McDaid and Steve McCutcheon.
